Zalgo text — also called glitch text, corrupted text, or cursed text — overlays many Unicode combining diacritics on each letter so the rendering bleeds above and below the baseline. The result still pastes anywhere as plain text, no images required. This tool gives you control over intensity (1-30) and which mark zones are active, plus a regenerate button to roll new randomized output and a strip-marks helper to clean text you've received elsewhere.

Most platforms render it fine but some apps clamp line height, hiding marks above or below. Preview before posting on a phone.

Is it accessible?+

No. Screen readers read each combining mark or skip the whole word. Don't use Zalgo for anything important — accessibility, search, or moderation systems may strip or block it.

Why does each regenerate look different?+

Combining marks are chosen randomly from each zone so every render is a unique distortion of the same base text.
