UtilitySansar

Terms of Use

Last updated: May 28, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of UtilitySansar (“the Service”, “we”, “us”). By visiting the site, using any tool, or signing in with a supported login provider, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service is offered free of charge for personal and commercial use, in the languages we ship translations for. We may add, remove, or change tools, languages, and login providers at any time without notice.

1. Using the Service

  • You may use the tools to process your own data, or data you have the right to handle.
  • Most tools run entirely in your browser. You are responsible for the content you paste, upload, or convert — including any backups you may need.
  • You agree not to use the Service to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, or process content that is illegal where you are.
  • You agree not to abuse the Service: no scraping at a scale that degrades performance, no probing for vulnerabilities outside a coordinated disclosure, no attempts to disrupt other users.

2. Languages and translations

UtilitySansar is available in multiple languages. Translations are provided in good faith but may contain errors or lag behind the English version. Where there is a conflict between a translation and the English source, the English version controls.

Switching languages writes a small preference cookie on your device. You can clear or change it from your browser at any time.

3. Accounts and login providers

Signing in is optional — every tool works without an account. If you choose to sign in, you may do so through a supported identity provider (currently Google, GitHub, or Microsoft). By signing in you confirm that:

  • You own the underlying provider account and are authorized to use it.
  • The email address returned by the provider is one you are entitled to use to identify yourself on the Service.
  • You will keep the credentials for that provider account secure. We never see your password — the provider authenticates you on our behalf — and we are not responsible for the security of your provider account.
  • You will not use someone else's provider account, or share your session with others.

We may suspend or remove an account that abuses the Service, impersonates someone else, or violates these Terms. You can sign out at any time, and you can request full account deletion from the report page.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you bring into the Service. Because most tools run client-side, we typically never see that content at all — see the Privacy policy for full details on what we do and do not collect.

5. Intellectual property

The Service's name, branding, design, and source code are owned by UtilitySansar or our contributors. Open-source components are governed by their respective licenses. You may not redistribute the Service as your own or remove attribution from open-source components.

6. Disclaimer of warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the tools are free of bugs, that results are accurate for your purpose, or that the Service will be uninterrupted. You should independently verify any output you rely on for important decisions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UtilitySansar and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, which for free use is zero.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be noted on the changelog. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are interpreted under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to you. We do not waive any rights you have under local law that cannot be waived by contract.

10. Contact

Questions about these Terms, account issues, or content concerns can be sent through the report page.
